Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy applies to the public Replofy website. Cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies are referred to together as "storage and access technologies" in this policy. These technologies can store information on a browser or device or access information already stored there.

A cookie is a small text record placed through a browser. Local storage is a browser feature that stores information for a website without sending it automatically with every request. Similar technologies may perform comparable functions even when they are not technically cookies.

Technologies used inside the hosted Replofy product may differ because authenticated product functions require session, security, integration, and workspace controls. Where relevant, those technologies are described through product notices, customer documentation, and contractual materials.

Essential technologies are used only where reasonably necessary to provide a function requested by the visitor, remember privacy choices, maintain security, prevent abuse, or deliver the website. Replofy does not ask for consent to technologies that qualify for a strictly necessary exemption, but it still provides information about them.

Optional analytics technologies require an affirmative choice before activation where consent is required. Silence, inactivity, closing the settings panel, or continuing to browse does not enable optional analytics. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to the public website.

If an optional analytics provider is introduced, Replofy will identify the provider, technology, purpose, data involved, and duration in this policy or a linked notice before relying on the relevant consent.

On a first visit, the banner allows visitors to accept all presented categories, reject optional technologies, or open detailed settings. In the settings panel, essential storage is always on and optional analytics can be enabled or disabled.

Reject optional stores an essential-only choice.Save choices stores the analytics selection shown in the panel. Closing the panel without saving does not enable optional technologies or persist an unsaved change.

The Cookie settings control in the footer is available on public pages so consent can be withdrawn or changed as easily as it was given. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred while consent was valid.

Most browsers allow cookies and site data to be viewed, blocked, or deleted through their privacy settings. Clearing Replofy site data removes the saved preference and may cause the consent banner to appear again.

Blocking all browser storage may prevent Replofy from remembering privacy choices and may affect security or other site functions. Browser settings operate separately from the controls provided by Replofy.

Browser signals such as "Do Not Track" are not a substitute for the explicit category controls because browsers and websites do not apply those signals consistently. Replofy applies the preference saved through its cookie controls.

Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, request time, device or browser information, requested page, response status, and abuse or error signals when delivering and protecting the website.

When information collected through a storage or access technology identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual, the Privacy Policy also applies, including its information about recipients, international transfers, retention, and individual rights.

Replofy will update this policy before materially changing the purposes of optional technologies or adding an optional provider that requires consent. A new choice will be requested where the existing consent does not cover the change.
